Trustworthy but…. After about 30 gallons of clear Northern Minnesota lake water, the filter started clogging up and had to be “back flushed” for every gallon of water… this took place in a matter of 3 days… we were in the Boundary Waters Canoe Area so all we had to do was boil the water so not too big of a deal but that could have surely been a game changer otherwise. The other gravity water filtration product we used continued to work just fine. Not sure if that should scare me or not….
