Worked great…then broke. Not reliable. I bought the Steri Pen for a backpacking trip. It worked great for a few days. On day 3 it stopped working. The light blinked green a few times and then it was toast. Not sure if the batteries (which were new) died or if its actually broken. Went on to return it, and its too late, so I am stuck with this piece of trash. The battery is supposed to last for 50 liters. We maybe sterilized 15 liters in this time period. I’m deeply disappointed that I can’t return this. If it were faulty, I…

No more waiting for safe water! How great is it that I don’t have to pump or use iodine tablets! I no longer have to boil for 10 minutes and let sit forever to cool down! This device really is a timesaver, and easy to use. Just swirl it around in your water that was gathered from any stream, river, lake, and in less than a minute, you have sterilized water.
