Exaggerated Claimed Results Actual DS clearance is 90-92%, not the 99% advertised (I see they took the 99% claim out since I bought the filter in November). The tank produces 2.5 gal. full to empty. The tank takes about 4 hours to recharge the 2.5 gal. so the claimed 50 gal/day is not feasible. The flow is half the volume of the GE unit I have in my other house (and the GE unit filters to 95% as advertised). My water pressure is 70 psi. I disassembled and reassembled the unit to make sure everything was installed properly but the resulting output is the same. It is a cheaper unit for sure, but the buyer should know that they are not getting the implied results.

Excellent product, instructions and people. Bought this along with the ice maker connection kit. Product arrived quickly, well packaged and damage-free. The brochure/instructions were fantastic with the included photos and excellent verbiage. As my wife cherishes her under cabinet space, I installed in the basement and ran the lines up. I was able to tap into the sink in my basement for the cold water (this was located right below our kitchen sink. The water tastes great and even the ice cubes look better (no more residue in the bottom of glasses of ice water). I had a few questions after the install so I called the 800 number and Ryan was very helpful and responsive. Felt like I was dealing with someone just down the street. I can definitely recommend this product and company based on my experience so far.
