Great product, but needs frequent replacement Update, September 2019I’ve been using this pitcher for over 2 years. The replacement filters seem to last for shorter spans of time. It is getting extremely expensive just to drink clean water. The quality of the filter is exceptional, but PLEASE, Aquagear, design one that can last more than 2 months without completely stopping. Major Frustration! We love this pitcher, but have had so much trouble with the filters! They stop working very quickly, after a few weeks, and the pitcher takes hours to fill. Customer service has been wonderful, sending us replacements. But how many times should we have to keep asking before we get one that actually lasts as long as it should? The longest we’ve been able to go is about 2 1/2 months. For $50 a filter, this is not acceptable. Although we love the pitcher, we will have to look for other options.
