So far good. I was looking for a reverse osmosis water filter which doesn’t waste too much water ( I live in the California – the Drought Stricken state ) I was leaning on to watt’s zero waste system but i didn’t like that it actually doesn’t really save water, but it just redirects the waste water to the hot water pipeline using a pump. I was worried about the high back pressure causing any leaks or damage to plumbing. Finally saw this one in Amazon and thought I will give a try with this.According to the comparison charts they have, this one wastes much less water than other Reverse osmosis filters using their own technology ( that I don’t really understand . I am an Engineer, but not a mechanical engineer. And the documents they have published online was not really something I could digest with my brain.Anyway, I got the first one, and while trying to install we noted that the intake shutoff valve that came with the unit was broken and I will not be able to use that at all. I…

electricity free! I love this system. We also have a hot water dispenser so we didn’t use the included faucet, but instead hooked it up to an insinkerator brand faucet that has both a hot and cold function. It works perfectly with set up this way.It truly uses no electricity and is silent. The water it produces has no taste and is great for drinking. We drink a lot of water (family of four that consumes no juice or soda) and we have never had it run out or have had to wait on it to do its thing.I do a lot of research before I make purchases like this. I chose this because it didn’t use electricity and it has a low amount of waste. I highly recommend this.

Reverse Osmosis Evolved First things first, the Brondell Circle is a darn good RO system. It does a great job at filtering our home’s well water for drinking. Installation was extremely simple. The design is elegant (which seems like an odd statement considering this isn’t a new iDevice, or the like). In our home, the Brondell replaced an 8-year old ‘traditional’ RO system which had failed (more about that, later). Thus, I already had the water supply, drain, and faucet lines ready for the Brondell’s installation. I was up-and-running in less than 15 minutes. If you are starting from scratch, plan on at least 30 minutes to install those lines- even more time is required if you need to drill the faucet hole in your sink or counter top.Post-install, we could immediately see the difference in our water. Our total dissolved solids (TDS) levels dropped to less than 1/10 of the incoming water supply: pre-RO, my digital TDS meter read 202 ppm; post-RO, the TDS level dropped to 19 ppm…
